My ethos

We were raised on “Stop crying or I’ll give you something to cry about.” Now we’re raising children who tell us, “Mom, that hurt my feelings.”

Somewhere between those two moments, many of us decided: It ends with me.

This work is for the anyone doing the quiet, difficult work of breaking generational patterns while learning how to feel, regulate, and parent in ways they were never shown. Not through perfection or performance, but through understanding, honesty, and small, sustainable change.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re not failing, but fighting something much older than you, you’re in the right place.
