There are three doshas:
Vata (Air & Ether) – creative, quick, and full of movement
Pitta (Fire & Water) – driven, sharp, and full of intensity
Kapha (Earth & Water) – calm, steady, and full of heart
Everyone is a mix of the three however, usually one or two are more dominant.
